Band Glute Bridge
Form Cues
- 1
Lie on your back with a resistance band looped just above your knees.
- 2
Feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart — the band should have slight tension.
- 3
Press your knees outward against the band as you bridge up.
- 4
Drive through heels and squeeze glutes to lift hips.
- 5
Hold for one second at the top — maintain outward knee pressure throughout.
- 6
Lower under control and repeat.
Common Mistakes
- ●
Letting knees collapse inward — the whole point of the band is to push against it.
- ●
Using too light a band — you should feel real resistance.
- ●
Losing the top-of-movement glute squeeze.
- ●
Feet too far from your hips — find a position where shins are vertical at the top.
